Steven Malloy is a Senior Project Manager and Technical Design Leader with more than 25 years of experience delivering commercial developments, capital projects, and multi-site rollout programmes across the United States. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the successful delivery of more than 150 commercial projects, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, landlords, and regulatory authorities from feasibility through construction completion.

His expertise includes project leadership, stakeholder management, consultant coordination, permitting and approvals, risk management, technical integration, and construction support. Working within fast-track development environments, Steven has led multidisciplinary teams across architecture, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines to achieve successful project outcomes while balancing schedule, budget, operational, and regulatory requirements.

As Founder of Malloy Building Design, Steven continues to provide project leadership and technical consulting services for residential capital projects, guiding clients through feasibility studies, consultant coordination, permitting, construction documentation, and construction support. His work combines practical project delivery experience with technical expertise to help clients successfully navigate complex projects from concept through completion.
